Choose the Patch to be put on your Mug by clicking the "Symbol" drop-down menu below the "Color" choice.  You will find over 100 choices in the menu.

Add a name to the Patch on the final check out page in PayPal using the "+Add Message for Seller" link (at left under Item Description.)
